Just spent the day feeling somewhat hyper and repressed at the same time. Its those boring bits at work that do it. You're sitting there at your desk, waiting for the computer to finish whatever its doing. So you look up and see the world around you and you see people and you consider what you'd like to do with / for / to who.
So now you're thinking about it. You want to check THAT email account to see if you've got any messages. You want to check your blog for comments or read other people's blogs. You've got a browser, an internet connection and, for that moment at least, the time...
But you can't, because you just know that somehow, somewhere there'll be a bored IT employee with a network logger and a usage policy to invoke.
So you spend the rest of the working day trying to refocus on your work whilst at the same time mentally composing blog entries (like this one - opps!)...

Hello,
I found this blog off of 'My Bottom Smarts'. I very much enjoy it, would you like to swap links?

erm.......I check my gmail account at work, probably not the brighest idea, but, the boredom, ah the drudgery of it all........
Sooooo been there!
... and have you noticed that any internet surfing whilst at work, spanking related or not, appears to change the behaviour of your work mates?
Donno how this happens, but people do a lot more walking past my desk as I'm doing non-work related surfing. Or is that just my guilty immagination?
